Dear participants of 2018 MLIBCW,
On behalf of the Conference Committee we are pleased to say thank you to each one who have attended this edition, our participants, special guests and guest speakers. We appreciate taking the time and making the effort to be here and moreover, sharing your ideas and expertise. We certainly hope that the conference has been all that you expected it to be and that you have taken the opportunity to make new contacts and renew old acquaintances. As a parting gift, the highlights of this year's event were collected in a Photo Gallery.
Our objective for this conference was to build on the achievements of previous editions with the ultimate goal of promoting Management, Leadership and Innovation for a better World. We think that this year, the presentations and workshops were exquisite and we invite you to take a look at the Conference Report.
At last, we would like to thank our extraordinary co-organizers (IATA Eastern Europe, Romanian Airport Services, US Embassy and Varna University of Management), supporting agencies, sponsors (Nescafe, Afri-Cola, DoubleTree by Hilton, Leonidas, Sloop, Lacerta) and conference staff, who contributed with vital grants and effort to our one-year conference preparation. We thank you all! This conference would not have been a success without your input and welcome you to join us next year.
See you at 2019 MLIBCW in Bucharest, Romania!
We invite educators, researchers, Ph.D. students and all professionals working in both public & private sectors to submit the scientific papers for the Conference.
