Therefore,we are pleased to invite all those who have an active role in academic, professional and research environments and who have a particular interest in innovation, especially in tourism and hospitality, to submit papers for MLIBCW2015. We encourage you to participate in this process by reporting original research, innovative projects and creative programs.The papers have to be tailored to the sections of the conference.

The conference MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION TOWARDS A BETTER CHANGING WORLD represents an important step regarding the activity of scientific research in the Romanian-American University. Through it, the Organizing Committee aims to create a favourable context to revive pragmatic research, facilitating meetings of Romanian and international professors with representatives of prestigious research institutions and experts from the business area and professional associations.
The event aims to clarify, through the results obtained by scientific research, a number of aspects regarding the Romanian tourism potential, the repositioning of Romania on the European and international tourism map, the latest and the most efficient marketing techniques and methods, the harmonization of practices used in Romania with those used at an international level etc.
The international conference provides a forum for discussion, collaboration, partnership and intellectual exchange for all those interested in any of these fields of research and practice.
We invite educators, researchers, Ph.D. students and all professionals working in both public & private sectors to submit the papers for the Conference.
